small cube fresh pineapple
cracked ice
mix rum, pineapple juice, blue curacao, lemon juice and pineapple in a blender. blend till smooth. slowly add cracked ice, blend.

Needed
one cantaloupe
three-fourths sugar
one lemon
two cups cold still mineral water
ice cubes
blender or food processor
fifteen minutes
DIRECTIONS
wash cantaloupe and lemon
cut cantaloupe in half
scoop out seeds and cut skin off
cut cantaloupe in sizes that fit your blender or food processor
cut the lemon in half
squeeze the lemon juice into the blender or food processor
add cantaloupe and sugar to blender or food processor
puree or blend
pour the mixture into a jug
add still mineral water
add ice
stir
serve
